One Chance to Grow Up, along with 55 other organizations, sent a letter to congressional leadership urging Senators to support Senator Ted Budd’s amendment that would allow closure of the intoxicating hemp loophole to proceed on schedule without delay.
Every day that the loophole remains open, youth continue to be exposed to dangerous and deceptive products that can have real health risks. Any delay is not a neutral pause– it would be a continuation of a harmful status quo.
The Senate must stand up for kids and allow the thoughtful loophole closure they already agreed upon with a bipartisan majority last fall to continue as planned.
