A major victory in the fight to limit high-THC products for youth as the Colorado House of Representatives passed a substantial regulation policy. It will now move on to the Colorado Senate, where it is expected to pass. The bill requires all dispensaries to package products with guidance on serving size and will lay the foundation for a real-time database to help monitor daily purchase limits.
