New Law Will Gather Health Data and Limit MJ Concentrates for Ages 18 to 20

The Colorado State senate and house unanimously passed the bipartisan bill to limit marijuana concentrates for young adults ages 18 to 20. The first of its kind in the United States, this bill also provides for research into the physical and mental effects of high-potency THC products and a database to prevent patients from seeking marijuana prescriptions from multiple physicians.
