One Chance in the News- weighing in on rules for the future of psychedelics

One rule that is being heavily discussed is about how the psychedelics must be in child-resistant packaging, but some opponents want the state to go further to protect kids. The group, “One Chance to Grow Up,” wants Colorado to hold off on allowing psychedelics in candy, like gummies and chocolate, to help make sure kids don’t accidentally eat it. “It’s concerning to us, it’s that bad things can happen in situations outside of clinical trials.
