Colorado passed a groundbreaking law in the fight to restrict high-potency marijuana products from youth. Beginning in 2022, dispensaries will have to limit the amounts of concentrates sold, and marijuana cards will be harder to obtain. The bill also provides funding for marijuana education programs.
